What to wear to your Christmas Session?

So, your Christmas Session date is approaching and you have no idea how to dress your family. Don't worry, you've come to the right place!

The set up this year is a warm and cozy Christmas scene. So I think woolly jumpers, comfy dresses and warm socks will work best.

When it comes to family photos, one of the best things you can do is stick to a colour scheme. This will help create cohesion in your photos and make them look more polished overall. Pick out two to three colours that complement each other and have everyone stick to those. Not everyone has to wear all of these colours but can only wear one or two.

Picking outfits for the family doesn't have to be complicated, just remember to stick with traditional themes. You'll want to choose from timeless items like dresses, cozy sweaters, and scarves. These classic pieces can be dressed up or down as needed, making them the perfect choice for your session.

You'll want to keep it simple without busy images, big logos or writing on your clothes. This allows for your portraits to stay focused on you and your family.

I pulled out a few colours from the scene just to give you an idea of which colours would work well with this set up. But please, don't feel like you have to stick to it. This is only to give you an idea.

But enough talking! Here's some actual ideas of what you could dress your family in.
